Styling Hair Extensions for the Gym

This is an easy enough style to accomplish, and you can definitely alter it to stop higher or go all the way down to the base of your neck as seen in the photo above.

Here’s how:

Basically, you just gather sections of hair starting at the top of your crown, taking care to secure each section with elastics, and work your way down. The sections can be as close or far apart as you like, but we recommend sectioning them in equal parts, as shown in the photos, for working out. This way, your hair will not move or pull no matter how crazy of a workout you put yourself through.
